I am trying to do some actions and pay taxes, but I am showing the message of Incomplete tax payment.  I can not see in tax payment history where there is one to finish or that is incomplete.

Let me provide some insights about getting rid of incomplete tax payments in QuickBooks Online, @user461677100085.

If it's not showing in the payment history section, let's make sure to mark as paid the prior payments that you record.

Here's how:

  1. Proceed to Taxes, then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Review the payments listed and locate the tax you want to record a payment for.
  4. If the payment is listed, choose the option Mark as paid then select Yes, mark paid

If the payment is not listed, continue with the steps below:

  1. Select Taxes, then choose Payroll Tax.
  2. Click Resources.
  3. Choose Record tax payments, then click Add Payment.
  4. This will be a non-posting transaction. It will not affect the bank register, but it will clear the taxes from showing due and record the deposits.
  5. Choose a Tax Type, then enter the Period Start Date and Period End Date, Payment Date, Check Number (optional), Notes (optional), Tax Item Amounts.
  6. Select OK.
