How do I get to enter payroll history for last year when there is no history option as shown in the videos?

You can easily change your pay history if you haven't created any paychecks. You can go to Payroll and select Overview to access the setup and pay history tasks.

However, if you've already created paychecks, you'll need to contact our support team to edit your pay history. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
3. Type your concern, then choose Let's talk.
4. Pick a way to connect with us.
