Question

How do I keep the automatic payroll tax payments from showing up as 'to print' in full service QB payroll? The intuit people are processing the payments.

The 941 FICA payroll tax payments that QB full service online processes automatically appear as 'to print' even though they are auto drafted from our checking account.

Welcome to the Community, userscarver.

With QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service, options are included to view and print your completed tax payments.

If you'd like to submit a product suggestion about how the process works, you can do so while signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon.
  2. Click Feedback.
  3. Enter the suggestion(s) and/or comment(s).
  4. Hit Next.
  5. Choose Skip and send message.
  6. The available drop-down menu can be used to pick an appropriate category.
  7. Select Send message.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. Feature requests can be tracked through our Customer Feedback website.

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a wonderful day!

ZackE, thank you for your reply. I have submitted feedback as you suggested so that hopefully the product development team will let me as a QB full service payroll user edit the 'to print' on auto tax payments so that we are no longer forced by QB to print a copy of the 'check' payment, which has absolutely no benefit.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, until they change this, my issue is not resolved. Hopefully soon.
