How do I make a copy of our company file?

The option to create portable copies of a company file isn't an option in QuickBooks Online. Company files in the online version can neither be downloaded nor saved on a computer.

You'll want to search for any third-party application that can help integrate with QBO.

Here's how:

1. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.

Otherwise, you can visit our QuickBooks App Center to look for a third-party application that can help import payroll transactions into QBO.
