I know a way how you can get a terminated employee's paystub in QuickBooks Online, @user27134.

Employees who have been terminated are no longer included on your active payroll list. However, your accounts still have their profile and pay history, which continues to show up on reports.

I suggest running the Paycheck History report and setting the date filter to 2020 to get the data you want. Here's how:

  1. Open the Reports menu.
  2. Go to Payroll, and click on Paycheck History.
  3. Below the name of your report, hit Custom.
  4. Select 01/01/2020 and 12/31/2020 from the Date field.
  5. Click on Apply.
  6. Choose Customize.
  7. Go to the Employee menu, and pick the name of your terminated employee.
  8. Click on the columns you wanted to display on your report.
  9. Hit Run report.
