How do i pay an employee 2 checks-one for a work location in illinois and one for a work locatioon in missouri in the same payroll?

We can't create 2 paychecks for different locations on the same payroll.

As a workaround, you can run the payroll using the current location. Then, you add/change a new location and run an unscheduled paycheck

.Also, you can contact our Customer Support for payroll. This way, you can check with them if they can set up a multi-state payroll.
