Having Intuit pay your taxes can be a huge time saver, dcbrockhoff-gmai.

The automated tax payment and form filing feature are enabled by default. If this is turned on, we handle all federal and most state taxes for you. Local taxes depend on the product.

You can browse this article to find out which payroll taxes and forms QuickBooks Payroll pays and files for you: Take Care of your Taxes Automatically.

After you’ve completed your payroll setup, you can double-check if the feature is turned on. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Payroll Settings.
  2. In the Taxes and forms section, click Edit.
  3. Check if the Automate taxes and forms field has a checkmark.
  4. If not, place a checkmark.
  5. Once done, click on Save.

For more details, please see this article: Manage Automatic Tax Payments and Form Filings.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you view filed tax forms and paid tax payments depending on your payroll services: Access Past Forms and Payments.

Please update us if you have additional questions about processing your tax payments. We want to make sure this is handled automatically.
