How do i pay my employees when QB locks down my payroll?

I'm here to make sure to fix the issue so you can run payroll in QuickBooks.

Normally, you'll receive an email once your account is on hold. It explains everything you need to know and submit the necessary documents, if there's any, to get your payroll running again.

Once we receive your documents, we'll review your case. You'll get an email back from us within two business days letting you know if the hold is removed.

If you don't respond for two weeks from the date of the email, we'll cancel your payroll service to protect your account from fraud. To know more about this, go through this article for more information: Resolve An Urgent Issue With Your Payroll Account
