Question

How do I prevent the time clock from saving the last timesheet's information for all users in my organization?

I'm not seeing this option when I click Edit on Custom Fields which is what Google suggested.

Hello @cwalters2! If you want to stop the time clock from retaining the last timesheet's details for your users, I can guide you on how to adjust that setting in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how to stop the time clock from saving the last timesheet:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company account.
  2. Go to the Time menu and click Go to classic QuickBooks Time.
  3. In QuickBooks Time window, select the Time Clock menu.
  4. Select the Option drop-down menu and uncheck the Remember last timesheet selection option.

I'm adding screen shots below for your visual guidance:

After making these changes, refresh the page to ensure that the system no longer saves the last timesheet information.

Additionally, to further improve your accounting efficiency and maintain excellent financial records, consider exploring QuickBooks Payroll. This tool provides customized support that can significantly aid in the growth and success of your business.
