1. Sign in to your 1099 E-file Service Account.
2. Click on Taxes and Forms.
3. Under the Annual Forms, click on View Archived Forms.
4. Select Annual Tax from the Category list and 1096 from the Name list.
5. Click on Search and View.
6. Print the 1096 form.
