How do I print employee w-2 forms. they were sent out automatically and one employee never received it

Worry no more, dustins. I'm here to help you send the W-2 to your employee.

 

As an employer, you can print a copy of their W2s and then send it to them, or you can email it to your employee. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Under the Forms section, click the Annual Forms hyperlink.
  3. From Annual Tax Forms, select an employee or click All Employees.
  4. Choose W-2, Copies BC & 2.
  5. Click the View button and download the previewed W2 forms.
  6. Print or email it to your employee.
