How do I reach a supervisor in tech. support? I wasted 40 minutes, & missed dinner, while an incompetent, Hanzel, failed to solve my issues & refused 3 transfer requests.

We're unable to connect you to a supervisor here in the Community, dmalewicki.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support again. They'll be able to check your account and review the notes from your previous call.

Furthermore, if you can share to us what you need help with, the Community is always open. We have users who might be able to help us well.

I've been on hold for over an hour trying to reach a supervisor. They seem to be very difficult to get a hold of at Intuit.
