How do I revise a W-2 already submitted to the IRS?

You'll need to create and file a W-2c form with the Social Security Administration (SSA) manually. To do this, you can check this article for more details: General Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3.

For future reference, you can invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce so they can see and print copies of their W-2.
