How do I run a mileage report from Quick Books Online? I have manually entered my business miles per day.

Hey there, @kjstrac.

Running a mileage report is a breeze. I'd be pleased to walk you through how to do this.

In QuickBooks Online, the mileage report can be pulled up by clicking on the Download Trip button from the Trips page. This will open a report in Excel file that shows all the trips that you've entered.

To do that, just open the trips page and press on Download Trips. Please see the screenshot attached for your reference:

To give you more insights about the different reports that you can pull up in the system, you can always read through this link: Learn which reports are available for your version of QuickBooks Online.

Know that you can always get back to me here should you need anything else. I'll be around to lend a helping hand. Have a nice day!

I appreciate the screenshot you've shared, @shawnnamutambi-g.

I understand the benefit of being able to generate a detailed mileage report in your QuickBooks account. Currently, you can click on the View Vehicle link in the Mileage Dashboard. From here, you'd be routed to page where you can see a list of vehicles you've use to track your business-related mileage. You can refer to the screenshot below:

Also, I'd recommend visiting our QuickBooks Blog so you'd be updated once new enhancements in the mileage feature is available.

Lastly, you can read through these articles to learn more about this new mileage feature:
