How do i set up a link for employee timesheet

I have the workforce option but i want to simplify it - is there a way to just give employees a link to click on instead of using an app?

QuickBooks Workforce is designed to easily track time and payroll management. Currently the product requires employees to download the app or log in through a web browser.

 

To simplify the process, you can send an invitation to help your employees set up their accounts initially and share the login credentials with them. This way, they can log in easily using the ling you provided.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your QBO account, go to Time.
  2. Select Time team.
  3. Click Invite team members. Then select the team members you want to invite. 
  4. Choose to invite them through text or email.
  5. Hit Invite Team members or Send invitation.

 

Furthermore, you can track and manage your team members' timesheets directly in QBO.

 

Additionally, if you want, you can let your employees track their own time and submit it in QuickBooks Workforce whenever it's convenient for them.
