  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your brief concern in the field, then hit Continue after.
  5. Look for the Get a callback option to get in touch with a representative. Then, you can request to be connected to the escalation team.

Thank you for your quick response! I believe you misunderstood my question.  I already know how to contact support, which I have done multiple times in the past 3 weeks.  Each time I get a person that does everything possible in their power to fix the problem.  Unfortunately, each time all they can do is escalate the issue.  I have been told a few times that the issue should be resolved in 2 days.  Yet nothing happens.  The issue could easily and quickly be resolved by correcting a few entries on a tax form about to be filed.  I would like to share this simple solution directly with the escalation team – this will save them much time and avoid overpaying taxes (everyone would win).

Please please please put me in touch with someone that has the ability to correct form 940 which is about to be filed. I have called QB online payroll customer support multiple times over the past 3 weeks - they said the issue was being escalated and it would be corrected within 2 days.  Yet form 940 is still incorrect.

 

I would like to share the simple solution directly with the escalation team – this will save them much time and avoid overpaying almost $400 in taxes (everyone would win).
