I can share some information about the Payroll button in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @dspaar-msn-com.

 

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is for independent contractors, members of a partnership or business, and individuals who'll need to file Schedule C and business taxes with 1040. It can be used in tracking business-related transactions for estimated taxes calculation.

You can' find a payroll button in QBSE. If you need to process payroll, you may need another version of QuickBooks. To know more about the different versions of QuickBooks that we have, check out this article: See which version of QuickBooks is right for you

 

Here's more information on how to either subscribe to our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll or QuickBooks Online Payroll. From here, you can add your employees and run payroll anytime.
