How do I stop a direct deposit payroll once it has been summited but not fully processed (it is suppose to draft tomorrow morning)?

Hello, @azpropertymagic.

 

If you're currently processing direct deposit payroll and haven't yet surpassed the payroll submission deadline, you can still delete the transaction. Let me help you how it works:

 

  1. Navigate to the Payroll section and select Employees.
  2. Click on the Paycheck list.
  3. Choose the paycheck(s) you wish to delete or void, then select Edit, Delete, or Void.
  4. Confirm by clicking Yes.

 

However, if the payroll submission deadline has already passed, you won't be able to delete the paycheck as it has already been processed. You can only void it.
