How do I stop payroll tax emails from going to my accountant?

Our accountant is getting notifications for payroll tax withdrawals and does not need them. How do I edit the email preferences to remove him? I checked the settings and it only lists our company email address for the notifications.

Thank you for stopping by and getting help with updating your email for payroll notifications.

 

By default, the email address in your company setting is connected to payroll and will receive notifications, like payday reminders, form filings, etc. You can double-check this using the steps below.

 

See or change the email address in the Company settings:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Company settings.
  2. Choose the Company bar on the left.
  3. Click the Contact info section and check the Company email.
  4. Make changes or click Save, and then Done.

 

After changing, the new email will reflect in the Payroll Settings. Here's how to check:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Payroll settings.
  3. Go to the Email notifications section.
