I hear your sentiments about turning off the advertisements or marketing messages in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share some insights about this.

The pop-up messages are intended to offer suggestions and guide you on how to enhance your QuickBooks experience. I am aware that the ads could interfere with your navigation. However, there isn't yet a way to permanently disable them. For now, you can manually remove the pop-ups from your QuickBooks homepage by clicking the X or Close button.

While this option is unavailable, you can send this request to our Product Development Team to help improve your experience. They can review your suggestions and make some necessary adjustments in the next update. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Click Next to submit.
