How do i switch to a 401k catchup deduction mid year

Changing the setup of your retirement plan to 401k catch-up needs assistance from our Customer Support Team. They can do payroll correction in case you have existing paychecks of your employee that need to change.

Here’s how you can reach out to them:
 

1. Open your QBO account. 

2. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.

3. Select Contact Us.

4. Enter your issue or question, then select Continue.

5. You can select from the following: Start a live chat, or Call us.
