How do I update an employee's job title?

It would be great to have the ability to edit the job title in your employee details. However, the option to do this is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. For now, we suggest submitting feedback directly to our software engineers. They may consider adding this to our future product enhancements.

Follow these steps in submitting feedback:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.

You can run a Payroll Summary report in QuickBooks for any date range or group of employees if you need an overview of your payroll totals, including employee taxes and contributions.
