How do I update my company address on my paystubs?

Thanks for posting your concern today. The company address you've entered on the Account and Settings page should be the details shown on your paystubs. 

Since you've already updated your company address, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps. This issue can be caused by the browser's collected data from frequently visited pages. 

Let's start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). 

Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

Once signed in, go back to the Payroll menu and view your paycheck list. Open a paystub and click the print option to check your company address.

If it's successfully updated, go back to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the system and remove older data. 

Otherwise, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
