Question

How do we file the Form OR-STT-A using Quickbooks Online? The form doesn't seem to be available (thought the other State-wide Transit Tax forms are).

QBO has OR-STT-1 form or Oregon Quarterly Statewide Transit Tax Withholding Return. You'll want to check your state agency.

I can't find the form either so I just filled it out manually from:

Although you can set up and deduct transit tax, filing and paying is not yet supported in QuickBooks Online. It's why the Form OR-STT-A is not listed in the Annual Forms.

While this option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, getting the form from the state website is our best option for now.

I find that QuickBooks Online does not handle this well.

I usually have to call support every quarter to get it fixed since QBO doesn't handle the payment for this payroll tax.
