How do you add tips to box 8 on the w2?

I'd like to barge in and give some details on Box 8 in the W-2 form in QuickBooks. 

Allocated Tips isn't supported in QuickBooks Online Payroll yet. As of now, only Gratuities are supported as a pay type in the program. These will be reported in Boxes 1, 5 and 7.

If your employees received allocated tips, our payroll support can override the W-2 form and enter an adjustment for Box 8. You'll want to contact our support to begin the process: 

1. Click the Help menu. 
2. On the list of preset options, select Talk to a human. 
3. When asked, enter the error message or simply type "Talk to a human" again. 
4. Click the I still need a human, then proceed with the Get help from a human link. 
5. Choose how you want to reach us.
