How do you correct the following: I added new employee but she synced to her previous employer?

It sounds like your employee is using the same username and email address as they did with the previous employer. If this is the case, let's have them change the username for the same email address by setting up different usernames for two companies. Here's how:  

 

1. Go to https://accounts.intuit.com.

2. Sign in using an existing username and password.

3. Go to the "username" area and click Edit.

4. Change information to a different username (must not be a full email address).

5. Open email invite from your company, then create an account using the email address as username.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can determine what's causing this to happen and help you fix the issue. They can also help submit a case to further investigate the issue whenever necessary.
