Before we can add the fringe benefit to a paycheck, we must first enable it in the employee profile.
To do so, here’s how:
From the left navigation pane, go to the Payroll menu and select Employees tab.
Select the employee’s name and select Edit in the Pay section.
Select Show all pay types.
Tick the PUCC box to enable this.
Select all relevant fringe benefits and then click OK.
You can also enter a recurring amount for fringe benefits when the amount is reported every pay period.
