How do you 'pay' the child support liability in QB to remove it from the liability total?

 Let's create a check to record the child support liability. Let me guide you through the steps. 

Here's how: 

1. From the + New button, select Check. 
2. Select a Payee. 
3. On the Account field, select the account. 
4. Enter the necessary details. 
5. Click Save and close.
