How do you record an automatic draft to the QB"s checking account ?

I've got some ways to help you record the automatic draft, pus.

If you've linked your account to QuickBooks Online, you can categorize it from the Banking page. I'll show you how:

1. Navigate from the Banking menu and select the Bank account.
2. From the For Review tab, select the transaction.
3. From the Category dropdown, select the category.
4. Click Add.

However, if it's not linked to Online banking, you can enter a check then, from the check number, enter automatic draft.
