How do you run payroll remotely though the cell app?

It's my pleasure to welcome you to the Community space, @Rfreund. I've got the information you need to run your payroll, and I've got a way of doing it. At all times, our objective is to ensure that customers are satisfied. I'd be glad to help you.

The QuickBooks Online mobile application currently has no option of running payrolls. For now, you can consider running your payroll using a web browser.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Select the Employees tab and click Run Payroll.
3. Pick a payroll schedule, then hit Continue.
4. Set the appropriate pay period, pay date, and bank account.
5. Choose the employees you want to pay, then enter hours, compensation, and memos.
6. Select Preview Payroll, then Submit Payroll.
7. Click Finish Payroll to complete the process.
