Hello there, @dcmonroe00-hotma. Welcome to QuickBooks Community!

Allow me to share with you the steps on how to set up overtime pay. I'd be happy to show you how:

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select your employee.
  3. From Pay types, select Start or Edit.
  4. In the Common pay types section, select Overtime Pay. (If applicable, select Double Overtime Pay.)
  5. Select Save.

You can also control the rate used to calculate overtime and double overtime based on different hourly rates or set up overtime based on your situation. You can visit this article to learn how: Set up and pay overtime based on different hourly rates.

Do you want to get a closer look at your business's finances? There are several payroll reports you can use to view useful information about your business and employees. You can check them out here: List of payroll reports available in QBO Payroll.
