How do you set up GL codes by cost center? For example, Nursing will be the cost center/department and include (in different GLs) payroll, benefits, supplies.

Need to add other cost centers as well the same way.

You can easily enter GL codes within the account name in Chart of Accounts. Review this guide to assist with setting up a new account:

Before digging further, can you clarify if you're referring to work location when saying "Cost center?"
