How do you turn off Direct Deposit on a inactive contractor so you are not being charged?

You'll be charged a monthly fee for contractors who have direct deposit enabled, even if you don't pay them during the month. However, you have the option to turn off the direct deposits for a certain pay period or contractor. Here's how:

 

  1. Select Payroll, then click Contractors.
  2. Toggle the direct deposit on or off by clicking the dropdown menu next to the contractor's name.
