How do you unlock a weekly timesheet?

I greatly appreciate your post here on the Community page, Wilson.

Currently, we're unable to unlock a weekly timesheet in QuickBooks Online as it needs to be done within QuickBooks Time.

When exporting timesheets to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time locks the timesheets to prevent them from being exported again. If you need to modify or delete a timesheet in TSheets, use the Unlock Exported Time tool.

In addition, you can only open time up to 90 days in the past. Here's how to unlock time:

1. In QuickBooks Time, go to the QuickBooks dropdown and select Unlock Exported Time.
2. Choose a Start Date and an End Date.
3. Select All employees to pick which employees you want to unlock time for.
4. Review the timesheets, then choose Unlock Timesheets.
5. In the notice that displays, select Confirm Unlock.

You'll be able to export QuickBooks Time timesheet data to QuickBooks Online.
