How do you view the complete social security number once it is saved in QuickBooks Online, because it shows xxxxxx, and then just the last four digits of the social security number?

The SSN is encrypted in the employee's profile because any user can access that section. This is why you can only see last four digits of the Social Security Number. 

You'll want to run the Employee Details report to get the employee-related data you need. Only the Admin and other users who are granted access to reports can see this information. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu and type in Employee Details in the Search bar.
2. Look for the name of the employee.
3. View the entire SSN in the Tax Info section.
