How long after I submit direct deposit before it is deposited

The bank account or routing number of the employee may have incorrectly entered when setting up a direct deposit payment.

To check this, you'll need to reach our Payroll Support team to verify it and ways to get the deposits posted into the right account. From there, they have tools to pull up your payroll account and assist you in getting this resolved.
 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks and then go to Help.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Please enter a brief description and then select Let's talk.
4. Choose to Start messaging or Get a call.
