Question

How long does it take to get your payroll account unlocked? It's been a week now. I've done everything asked and the customer service reps have submitted requests.

Yet it STILL it remains locked. This is extremely frustrating.  Just curious if anyone else had to go thru this and how long it eventually took?

Hello there, @greenwell. 

 

I want this issue to sort out as early as possible so you can go on with your business. It would be best to get in touch with our QuickBooks Care Team. They can provide a service key to unlock and activate your payroll service. 

 

You can follow these steps how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern in the field, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a call.
  5. Fill up all the information needed.
  6. Click Submit or Confirm my call.

 

To ensure we address your concern on time, please check our support hours.

I have done this every single day and told at the end of every call or chat with QB/Intuit that it "should be unlocked by the end of the day"...yet it doesn't.  I've already completed another chat this morning and told the same thing.  What is the problem???
