How of you get a list of all the employees?

I'll show you how we can get a list of all your employees in your QuickBooks Online account.

The Employees tab should generate the lists of employees' names.

In your case, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. It helps us check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Let's access our QBO account in a private browser (incognito window).

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

If it works, we can return to our default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. If it persists, try using other supported browsers.

• Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
• Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer.
• Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
• Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
• Opera: version 68 or newer
• Samsung: version 10 or newer

The Contractors tab generates contractors and their data.
