How to auto roll over from 1009 to 1010

when I save sales receipt 1009 it will not roll over to 1010

Hi apromise4paws-gm,

 

The system automatically follows the next order number after the other one. You can run some troubleshooting steps to isolate what causes the ordering number issue.

 

First off, try saving a sales receipt on a private window. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it seems fine, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. We can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.
