I've got the steps in changing your employee's bank account for direct deposit, patents.

 

To update your employee's bank account, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Payroll and choose Employees.
  2. Locate and select the name of the employee.
  3. From the Payment method section, click Edit.
  4. Enter the new bank account information and hit Save.

I follow the steps as listed. Click save. The following error message appears, 'An error has occurred while submitting bank account information'.

 

Despite attempting this process on different days, I continue to have this error message. Please advise. 

 

I've not had this error message reported with other employee's direct deposit setup.
