How to change the primary address on my payroll?

Hello sweetcleans18,

 

If want to update the address in the same state, we can edit the existing one. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Under the Business Information section, select Work Locations.
  3. Click the existing primary address and update the Work Location Address details.
  4. Click Save.

However, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team if want to change to a different state. They have the tools to update this information.

Please make sure that you are login as the primary admin to process updates. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Access your QuickBooks account using a private/incognito browser.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

2. Clear cached and cookies.

3. Use a different browser.

 

If the issue persists, I'll suggest contacting our payroll support for further help. They can check your account and have the tools to update the information.

For these concern, please try updating your address in https://accounts.intuit.com/ and go to personal info tab to update the address.
