Currently, the option to generate a proof of delivery form is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I'll take note of this to help improve your experience in the program.
Please know that there a lot of third-party applications that can provide additional services and integrate with your QuickBooks account. You'll want to consider going to the Apps menu or visiting our QuickBooks App Market to an app that can help you create a proof of delivery form. Here's how:
Sign in to QBO.
Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
Go to the Find apps tab.
Enter "proof of delivery" in the search bar or select Browse category to filter the results.
I'm also adding this article to learn how to send statements so your customers can track the summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances: Create customer statements.
If I can of any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to tag me in the comment section. I'll be right here to keep helping.
Having a Proof of Delivery form in QuickBooks Online would be helpful to verify and prove that the item or parcel was delivered and received by the customer. While we're unable to recommend an app, you'll want to check out our QuickBooks Apps website for the list of supported apps in different categories. You're also able to search for specific needs in the search bar.
You can also share your product suggestions through your account. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Here's how:
Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
