HOW TO DELETE PAYMENT?

Deleting a payment in QuickBooks Online is easy, 

thevoice.

Let me walk you through how to do the task. If you're trying to delete an invoice payment, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customers.
2. Select the customer's name and proceed to the Transaction List tab.
3. Locate and click the payment to open it.
4. Click the More option at the bottom and choose Delete.
5. Select Yes to complete the process.

If it's a Bill payment, here are the steps to accomplish it:

1. From the left menu, select the Expenses tab.
2. Select the appropriate bill from the Expense Transactions list.
3. Select More at the bottom of the screen, and click Delete from the pop-up menu.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
