Let me give you a few details about payroll historical data, audrey32.

If you're trying to delete the historical payroll data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can delete them if you created a few manual paychecks. This way, you can access your Prior Payroll page again. Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click on Workers, and choose Employees.
  2. Click on Paycheck List.
  3. Select the paycheck to be deleted.
  4. Click on Delete.

Once done, you can now remove your employee's historical data. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go back to your Employees tab.
  2. Click the name of the employee.
  3. On the Employees Details page, click on the pencil icon beside Pay.
  4. Scroll down to Step 6. Then select Edit (pencil icon) to edit the employee's pay history.

We'll need to perform the same steps for every employee profile. If you've created multiple or direct deposit paychecks, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They can review your payroll account and help you with this one. Here's how you can contact them:

  1. Go to the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Do you need to check the full payroll details and amounts of your employees after applying the corrections? This article can help you run a variety of payroll reports: Run payroll reports.

Feel free to update us after performing the steps or contacting our support agent as I want to make sure this is resolved for you. If you are referring to something else, just leave a comment below and I'll get back to you.
