How to find full direct deposit bank account numbers for employees

Hello,

I need to get the full bank account number(s) for our employees direct deposits.  When I run the Employee Details report it shows only the last 4 digits of the employee bank account numbers.  Is there a way to do this?  Unfortunately I do not have all the source documents (i.e, the original authorization forms) that would have the full account number listed.

Entering bank account numbers for each of the employee's direct deposits is essential in setting up their details in the program. Intuit requires this in their file to make sure everything is accurate when running paychecks.

 

However, running specific reports to show the employee's full account number listed is currently unavailable. This is because we aim to keep your employee's details safe from scams and to prevent their credentials from being used in any unauthorized businesses that's why QuickBooks only appears in the last four digits of the bank account number.

 

For now, I suggest manually requesting or contacting your employees to ask for their account numbers.
