How to generate pay stub in excel. By default its coming in PDF only

Hello there, Ba18.

 

By default, pay stubs can only be generated or previewed in PDF format. 

 

If you want to have a list of paychecks, you will be able to Export them to Excel. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  2. Click on the Paycheck list hyperlink.
  3. From the Export dropdown, choose Export to Excel.
