How to have arizona unemployment insurance automatically drafted from bank account

Nice to see you here in the Community space, @regina-trianglet. I'll share some insight about automatically charging the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) from your bank account.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can enable the Automate taxes and forms feature. This way, we can automatically pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes (including year-end filings). 

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Payroll Settings.
2. Select Edit in the Taxes and forms section.
3. Put a checkmark in the Automate taxes and forms checkbox.
