How to i email a request for an employees paystub?

I'll guide you to email a request for your employee paystub, @jkstanford.

To clarify, are you referring to sending a request to allow your employee to see their paystubs? If so, you simply need to invite them to create their QuickBooks Workforce account. Once done, they will be able to see their paystubs, W2, and payroll details. Follow along below to get this finish right away.

For new employees:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Next, select Add an Employee.
3. Add your employee’s name and email address. They’ll automatically get an email with instructions to set up their Workforce account so they can see their pay stubs and W-2s, and select the Paperless W-2 option.
4. If you want your new employee to add their info, select Ask this employee to enter their personal, tax, and banking info with the QuickBooks Workforce checkbox.
5. When finished, select Done.

For existing employees:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Next, locate the employee you need to invite. Click the name to open.
3. Then, select the Send reminder hyperlink beside Pay and Tax docs.
4. Make sure to enter the correct email address of the employee and click Send Reminder.
