Ran into this problem myself today. I messed up when I was setting up e-pay for our church, and selected 940 instead of 941. Now My liabilities has added 940 to our schedule and we don't file or pay 940. How did you get it removed from Quickbooks?

For us to remove the 940 tax due, we need to process an adjustment to zero it out. Our Support Team can further assist in adjusting your liabilities so I suggest you reach out to them by following these steps:
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter "Remove 940 tax due".
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
Choose either Chat or Callback.
