How to remove an incorrect upcoming federal tax payment manually from payroll tax center

As I created federal tax (form 941), I created an incorrect report and now I have an incorrect Federal taxes (941/944) payment in my Payroll Tax Center. How can I remove this manually so I don't continue to see this as an incomplete or past due payment

Hello, ENTHI.

 

Let's make sure you'll be able to delete the tax payment in QuickBooks. Here's how:
 

  1. Choose Taxes, then Payroll tax.
  2. Under Tax resources, click Tax payment history.
  3. Hit the name of the tax payment. Change the date range if necessary.
  4. From the View and Print Form drop-down, tap Delete
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
